恒溫恒濕試驗箱的故障排除法
恒溫恒濕(shi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱工作原理:恒溫恒濕(shi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(簡稱:冷(leng)(leng)(leng)干(gan)機(ji)) 冷(leng)(leng)(leng)干(gan)機(ji)主要(yao)(yao)采用降溫結露的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作原理,對空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)壓(ya)(ya)縮干(gan)燥(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)干(gan)燥(zao)設(she)備(bei)之(zhi)一(yi);冷(leng)(leng)(leng)干(gan)機(ji)主要(yao)(yao)由(you)熱(re)交(jiao)換系(xi)統(tong)、制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)統(tong)和(he)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)控制系(xi)統(tong)三個系(xi)統(tong)組成;從空(kong)(kong)(kong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)熱(re)、潮濕(shi)并且含(han)有(you)水分(fen),空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)對空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)交(jiao)換器(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)初步冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻;然(ran)后經(jing)過(guo)(guo)預冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻的(de)(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi),在(zai)(zai)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)對冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)熱(re)交(jiao)換器(qi)(qi)被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍劑循環(huan)回(hui)路(lu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)步冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻, 與(yu)已經(jing)從蒸發器(qi)(qi)出(chu)來被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻到壓(ya)(ya)力(li)露點的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)熱(re)交(jiao)換,使壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫度進(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)步降低(di)。之(zhi)后壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入蒸發器(qi)(qi),與(yu)制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)熱(re)交(jiao)換,壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫度降至 O℃~8~C,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)水份在(zai)(zai)此溫度下(xia)析出(chu),通過(guo)(guo)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)將(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水分(fen)油(you)和(he)雜質(zhi)分(fen)離,通過(guo)(guo)自(zi)動排(pai)水器(qi)(qi)將(jiang)其排(pai)出(chu)機(ji)外。而干(gan)燥(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)低(di)溫空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)則進(jin)(jin)(jin)入空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)對空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)交(jiao)換器(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)熱(re)交(jiao)換,溫度升(sheng)高后輸(shu)出(chu),能有(you)很好的(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)止管路(lu)結露現象的(de)(de)(de)(de)發生,旁通閥能根據負(fu)荷(he)變化的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求自(zi)動調(diao)節冷(leng)(leng)(leng)煤的(de)(de)(de)(de)通過(guo)(guo)量。
恒(heng)溫恒(heng)濕試驗箱常見故(gu)障:
開機(ji),過了一(yi)段時間后,壓力露點(dian)指示(shi)(shi)器上(shang)的彩色段能顯示(shi)(shi)在綠色段或(huo)者(zhe)顯示(shi)(shi)在紅色段。
恒溫(wen)恒濕(shi)試驗箱(xiang)故障分析:
紅色段(duan)-檢修1壓(ya)力露點指示器(qi)上的彩色段(duan)顯示在(zai)紅色段(duan)。說(shuo)明壓(ya)力露點過高。正常情況下應該在(zai)綠色段(duan),壓(ya)力露點過高。
故障成因:
① 熱保護開關失靈或損壞;
② 壓縮(suo)機啟動器壞或(huo)線圈(quan)斷;
③ 制(zhi)冷系統中的制(zhi)冷劑泄漏(lou)或(huo)堵塞;
④ 冷凝器風扇不(bu)轉,溫度過高造(zao)成(cheng)壓縮(suo)機(ji)啟動(dong)保(bao)護(hu);
對故(gu)障原因逐(zhu)一進行排除:
① 拆(chai)下熱保護開關測量(liang)。發現開關已彈起(qi),壓(ya)下后測量(liang)未見(jian)異常(chang),把它(ta)放到烤箱中加熱,取出測量(liang)控制接點能夠斷(duan)開,如(ru)果不(bu)能斷(duan)開則說明熱保護開關已壞(huai):
② 打開壓縮機啟動器,用萬用表Rxl歐(ou)姆檔測(ce)量啟動器和線(xian)圈阻(zu)值(zhi),啟動器的(de)阻(zu)值(zhi)為(wei)零,線(xian)圈阻(zu)值(zhi)為(wei)幾十歐(ou)姆,也未見異常(chang);
③ 恢復熱保護開關和壓縮(suo)機(ji)啟動器,開機(ji)使壓縮(suo)機(ji)工作,觀察到冷(leng)凝(ning)器溫度(du)有(you)發(fa)熱,蒸(zheng)發(fa)器上有(you)冷(leng)凝(ning)霜,說明制冷(leng)系統中的制冷(leng)劑沒有(you)泄漏(lou)或堵塞:
④ 將冷凝器風扇拆下,接上(shang)220V電(dian)源,能轉,但是有(you)時又不(bu)轉,測量發現(xian)風扇電(dian)源正常,電(dian)動機的(de)線圈(quan)也沒(mei)(mei)斷路,那么可能是由(you)于上(shang)次冷干(gan)機被水淹后(hou),沒(mei)(mei)有(you)對軸承(cheng)進行更換,于是更換軸承(cheng),將機器恢(hui)復(fu)后(hou),開機,過了一段(duan)時間后(hou),發現(xian)壓力露點指示器上(shang)的(de)彩色段(duan)顯示在綠色段(duan),整機恢(hui)復(fu)正常。
另(ling)一種故(gu)(gu)障(zhang):啟動開機(ji)后正常,但是(shi),過了一會就不正常了,嘗試幾次均是(shi)如此(ci),分析壓(ya)縮機(ji)、冷(leng)凝器風扇、保護(hu)開關(guan)和制冷(leng)系統(tong),用眼看(kan)手觸摸發現制冷(leng)系統(tong)有子冷(leng)劑(ji)泄漏,對于冷(leng)劑(ji)泄漏的故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)處理起來比較(jiao)簡單,在這(zhe)里就不多說了。
