高低溫試驗箱常見問題不升溫、不恒溫應如何解決?
高低溫試驗箱的(de)最(zui)高(gao)溫度(du)一般(ban)是到150℃,最(zui)低溫度(du)一般(ban)是到-70℃,主要是通(tong)過鎳鉻合金電(dian)(dian)加熱產生高(gao)溫,如果試驗(yan)箱不升(sheng)(sheng)溫時(shi),應先將機器(qi)總電(dian)(dian)源關掉,檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)加熱斷(duan)路(lu)(lu)器(qi)是否有(you)(you)(you)(you)跳閘(zha),如果有(you)(you)(you)(you)則(ze)合上,如沒有(you)(you)(you)(you),則(ze)繼(ji)續往下查(cha),首先用(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)阻檔(dang),測(ce)量(liang)(liang)固(gu)(gu)態(tai)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)端(2腳)到N線(xian)之間是否有(you)(you)(you)(you)約(yue)20歐的(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(視不同的(de)機型稍有(you)(you)(you)(you)變化),如果沒有(you)(you)(you)(you),則(ze)說(shuo)(shuo)明(ming)加熱絲(si)開(kai)路(lu)(lu)了,重點檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)加熱絲(si)是否損(sun)壞;如果加熱絲(si)沒有(you)(you)(you)(you)損(sun)壞,則(ze)打開(kai)配電(dian)(dian)箱側蓋將機器(qi)運轉并處(chu)于升(sheng)(sheng)溫狀(zhuang)態(tai),觀察(cha)固(gu)(gu)態(tai)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)上的(de)導通(tong)指示(shi)燈是否點亮(liang),如果有(you)(you)(you)(you)點亮(liang),則(ze)用(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓檔(dang),測(ce)量(liang)(liang)固(gu)(gu)態(tai)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)端(1腳)對N線(xian)是否有(you)(you)(you)(you)220V電(dian)(dian)壓,如果沒有(you)(you)(you)(you),再往上查(cha)接觸器(qi),如果有(you)(you)(you)(you),再測(ce)量(liang)(liang)固(gu)(gu)態(tai)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)端(2腳)對N線(xian)是否有(you)(you)(you)(you)220V電(dian)(dian)壓,如果沒有(you)(you)(you)(you),則(ze)說(shuo)(shuo)明(ming)固(gu)(gu)態(tai)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)內部開(kai)路(lu)(lu)損(sun)壞,須更換。
高(gao)低溫試驗箱不恒(heng)溫、波動大解決方法:
1、調整(zheng)(zheng)參數,設備定(ding)(ding)值運行時實(shi)時溫(wen)度(du)接近設定(ding)(ding)溫(wen)度(du)時,點(dian)擊運行畫面“AT鍵,自(zi)整(zheng)(zheng)定(ding)(ding)P.I.D,請(qing)耐(nai)心等待(dai),待(dai)屏幕右(you)上角“AT”不顯(xian)爍(shuo)時,表示己自(zi)整(zheng)(zheng)定(ding)(ding)完畢;
2、傳感(gan)器或控制(zhi)器的ACU模塊有損壞或不(bu)良,造成溫度不(bu)穩及波動;
3、檢查循環馬達運轉是(shi)否正常(chang),風輪是(shi)否有(you)卡住,導致風帶時快時慢(man);
4.、試驗(yan)箱內試驗(yan)品堆放得太(tai)多(正常情況下不超過內箱總容(rong)積(ji)的三分(fen)之一),導致(zhi)風無(wu)法循環,溫(wen)度波動大。
